Simple Homemade Hummus
Ingredients:
1 – 15oz. can chickpeas
2 – 4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 – 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. Add additional water if needed to thin out hummus. Add salt to your taste preference. Keep refrigerated.
